Accessibility statement
We want the digital house to be usable by everyone. This is an honest working statement, not a certification of conformance.
Our approach
We aim for clear structure, keyboard access, readable contrast, meaningful image alternatives and forms that explain their purpose.
We review the shopping and payment journey together, including the NETOPIA-hosted test payment page.
Current status
The site has not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit. We cannot claim WCAG conformance or full legal compliance.
What still needs testing
Checkout, filters, dynamic galleries, dialogs, keyboard paths, screen readers and mobile zoom require further end-to-end review.
The checkout and payment provider are reviewed separately as part of the customer journey.

Write to concierge@sillage.ro and describe the page or task. We will try to provide the information or help through an accessible alternative.
Please avoid sending sensitive health information unless it is necessary to explain the assistance you request.
Feedback and improvement
Tell us the page URL, device or assistive technology and the obstacle if you can. We will use the report to prioritise corrections.
We update this statement when testing identifies a barrier or a correction is released.
