Delivery policy
Delivery should feel considered and remain completely clear. The options below explain how SILLAGE sends or prepares an accepted order.
Delivery area
Courier delivery is available in Romania when a final courier quote is included before payment. International shipping is not offered online.
Delivery and collection
Orders may be delivered by courier in Romania or collected from Palatul Ghica Victoria, Calea Victoriei 190, Bucharest, Romania. During Sandbox payment testing, checkout accepts boutique collection only.
The courier charge comes from the courier's final quotation and is shown in RON before a courier order can be paid.
When to expect an order
Estimated courier delivery in Romania is 2–3 business days from acceptance of the order. We explain any different timing before purchase.
Unless another delivery time is agreed, consumer law provides for delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract.
Charges
Delivery charges, taxes and the full payable total must be shown before an order carrying a payment obligation is placed.
The complete payable total, including the selected delivery option, is shown before payment.
On receipt
Please check the parcel and tell us promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect pieces at concierge@sillage.ro.
This practical request does not shorten or replace statutory rights. Risk generally passes when you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods.
If delivery is delayed
Contact us so the situation can be resolved. Statutory remedies for non-delivery continue to apply; a courier delay does not erase them.
