Gift cards are not currently offered for purchase or redemption through the SILLAGE shop.

These are preparation notes, not an offer to buy a voucher. Digital and physical formats, values and availability remain to be decided.

Details to publish first

The final card must clearly state its issuer, value, currency, validity, delivery method, any fees and customer support route before purchase.

Physical packaging, invoicing, expiry and whether use is online, in boutique or both are still operational decisions.

How it can be used

The final terms must explain partial use, remaining balance, lost codes, combination with other payment methods and any product restrictions.

No redemption rule is assumed until the card system and finance process are configured and tested.

Cancellations and statutory rights

The brief proposes non-refundable cards, but a blanket no-refund clause is not adopted here. Consumer withdrawal rights need legal review by card format.

Any lawful exception must be explained at the right point before purchase; it cannot be created merely by calling a card non-refundable.
